Refund policy

We accept returns or size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
•⁠  ⁠Unworn and unused
•⁠  ⁠Unwashed
•⁠  ⁠In original condition
•⁠  ⁠All original tags attached
 Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Domestic Orders (Indonesia)

•⁠  ⁠Customers may request a size exchange or refund within 7 days after receiving the item. 
•⁠  ⁠Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

International Orders

•⁠  ⁠For international orders, we currently do not offer refunds unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
•⁠  ⁠Size exchanges may be accepted, but all shipping costs (return and reshipment) are the responsibility of the customer.
•⁠  ⁠Please note that international shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

•⁠  ⁠Full name used during checkout
•⁠  ⁠Reason for return or exchange
•⁠  ⁠Photos of the item (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes:

PARC is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
